We're hiring a cold caller who wants to build a skill, not just do a job.
You'll spend your day on the phone making cold calls for B2B clients. You'll hear "no" plenty - the difference is that we're not giving you a list and leaving you alone. You work directly with the founders - daily call sessions, live feedback, recorded reviews, data-driven iteration. If you master cold calling, there's a clear path to closing deals and owning accounts.

- Participate in daily coaching: live calls with Harrison and Harry, recorded-call reviews, constant feedback loops
Who Succeeds Here
You have:
- Hunger to grind. No sales experience required, but you need to want it. Cold calling isn't glamorous, but if you're committed to mastering it, there's real upside.
- Coachability. You take feedback without ego, iterate fast, and don't blame external factors. You prioritise improving your sales skills.
- Resilience. Rejection bounces off you.
- Phone presence. You're natural on the phone. You listen more than you pitch. You build real rapport, not spray and pray.
- Work ethic. You show up, you own your activity, and you're consistent.
Background that converts:
Hospitality/retail floor manager, recruitment consultant, door-to-door sales, F2F fundraiser, semi-pro athlete, teacher wanting out, early SDR/BDR.
You don't need: sales experience, a degree, industry knowledge, or a perfect track record.
Compensation
- Base: $70,000 AUD annually
- Commission: $100,400 OTE for hitting client targets
And there is an additional uncapped commission opportunity once targets have been met.
